Warranty Program

Currently, we offer repair services only through our facilities in China. International services are not yet available, but customers may ship their products back to the manufacturer for repair.
The Warranty period does not reset after a repair; it remains effective from the original purchase date.

Shipping & Order

We offer multiple shipping methods, including express, air freight, and sea freight. Our pricing is structured as separate product and shipping costs. We can accommodate a variety of shipping terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DAP, depending on your needs.
After your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number. You can use this number to check the shipment status on the relevant shipping carrier’s website. Additionally, our customer service team will keep you updated on important information regarding your shipment.
We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as a payment method. The standard payment terms are a 40% deposit in advance, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
For smaller orders, we also accept PayPal, PingPong, and other cross-border payment platforms.
